An established private practice advising on all aspects company and commercial law throughout the southern region with an excellent client base providing good quality work.
 
The Role
The successful property litigation solicitor will provide assistance to more senior property litigation solicitors dealing with large and complex property and land disputes whilst maintaining a number of other property litigation  files.
The property litigation solicitor will posses a strong academic background and be able to communicate confidently with high net worth clients.
As part of a wider litigation group this property litigation team has developed a fantastic reputation assisting landowners, landlords and tenants on matters such as rights of way, boundaries and adverse possession as well as dilapidation claims, lease renewals and forfeiture proceedings and estoppel related claims.
The property litigation team work with a very impressive client list to include corporate and very high net worth private landlords.
 
The Candidate
A Property Litigation Solicitor will have gained experience either during training or post qualification involving property disputes or agricultural disputes. The successful candidate will be well organised with excellent communication skills and the enthusiasm to work as part of a team producing high quality consistent work.
