Corporate Solicitor Worcester

Progressive firm has a new opening to suit a corporate solicitor or associate to join their successful corporate team in Worcester.

Our client has an excellent reputation for corporate work including corporate M&A, business sales and disposals and financing work on behalf of diverse clients including listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors.

Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a corporate solicitor with a minimum of 1 year corporate transactional experience. However the firm would be keen to speak to more experienced corporate lawyers looking for a better platform for progression. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Midlands from another centre or London.

With at least 1 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of working on some good sized corporate transactions. You'll benefit from excellent support and supervision in this role as well as the licence to spread your wings and develop your skills and experience.
