Job Details
Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and confident Clinical Negligence Solicitor within a leading Clinical Negligence specialist department. Acting alongside experienced and supportive Solicitors in a close knit team you'll also have the full support of the legal assistants and administrators.
You will take responsibility for, and manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, predominantly litigated high value cases. Ideally the successful candidate will have over 2 years' PQE and your previous experience will include running cases from instruction through to settlement or trial and you will have experienced the full life cycle of a Clinical Negligence claim.
Working as part of their dynamic team with exposure to work of the highest quality, you'll have previous experience and be confident dealing with complex Clinical Negligence claims.
On offer is a competitive salary (guideline up to £54k) along with a generous bonus system and full company benefits.
