A leading Bournemouth and Poole law firm require an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their Litigation department.
 
The Firm
A well established private practice providing legal services to both individuals and business clients. The firm employs some leading lawyers across a wide number of legal disciplines and are recognised by legal commentators for providing quality legal advice.
 
The Role
The successful Litigation Solicitor will manage a varied and interesting case load involving property litigation, consumer disputes, contested probate, professional negligence, contract disputes and landlord & tenant matters. The role requires advising clients on procedural processes, injunctions and court process.
 
The Candidate
The Litigation Solicitor will be experienced in handling contentious cases from instruction through to settlement. A keen interest in business development will be necessary.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
