A legal 500 firm have an opportunity within their busy Dispute Resolution team for a litigation fee earner who will be able to demonstrate substantial experience in contentious probate matters.
Responsibilities will include managing a busy contentious caseload covering:
- Contesting the validity of Wills
- Inheritance Act disputes
- Trustee disputes
- Estate disputes
ACTAPS membership is an advantage.
Excellent client care and interpersonal skills are essential as well as a keen commercial sense and an interest in business development.
