Corporate and Real Estate Tax Associate

Due to growth, our client is seeking an ambitious Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to advise a diverse range of interesting and exciting clients, where you will gain international exposure and take on a varied and interesting work load.

The focus of the role will be on delivering corporate and real estate tax advice to clients. However there is also opportunity for flexibility where you will to be able to work across all the areas the team service, depending on your skills and experience.

The Corporate Tax team has a varied and high quality workload covering advisory work and transaction support work for clients of the corporate, real estate, commercial, banking and employment teams and across the firm’s sectors such as technology, education, health and charities. The team also works closely with the firm’s leading private client practice.

You may already be an experienced specialist looking for a new challenge somewhere that is a bit different. Alternatively, you may have some experience in these areas but would value the opportunity to develop further in a supportive and collaborative culture. Specific experience in Real Estate would be advantageous.
