Commercial Associate/Senior Associate - 3-8 PQE
Location: Exeter
Our client is a Top 50 international law firm with a base in Exeter and is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their highly ranked Commercial team.
This is an rare opportunity as you will be joining an established national team, but be the first and only (at present) Commercial and IP specialist in the team in Exeter as they grow their Commercial offering in the South West.
You would be working for a broad and diverse client base ranging from large corporates to small start-ups on the full range of commercial matters including commercial agreements, standard T&C's, joint ventures, partnership agreements, bespoke service contracts and IT/data issues amongst other things.
