Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity for 3x SEN Lawyers to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire.
Our client is looking for Locums to start in July, to work remotely, and to support the Governance team on all aspects of special educational needs.
The successful candidate will need good technical knowledge of and experience in SEN to be able to:
- manage a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal Appeals; including
- advocacy in case management hearings,
- and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal
Hourly rate: £30-£40ph
