Job Details
We are seeking a Head of Department for a busy and well-structured conveyancing team who have an incredible depth of knowledge and experience, within a Legal 500 private practice. This is a superb opportunity to take the next step in your career and play a pivotal role within the overall management and development of the department. It is an important role and is seen as a key hire, so you will have considerable autonomy and although there is some fee earning responsibility, this will not be the key focus. The team is very friendly and there is a good mixture of both junior and senior staff members.
To be considered, ideally you will be an experienced solicitor who is able to lead and inspire a team and provide full management. There is some flexibility for homeworking for this role and an excellent benefits package is offered, including 25 days holidays with additional 3 days for Christmas closure, private healthcare and pensions scheme. Our client are also looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage career progression.
