Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven property litigation solicitor / legal executive to join an established and experienced litigation department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware and ambitious candidate to join a reputable and thriving property litigation team.

Ideally you will have at least 2+ years PQE in an array of property litigation work, representing commercial clients and individuals. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of property dispute matters including but not limited to business leases, negligence claims, leasehold disputes, disrepair and neglect claims, boundary & infringement disputes and surveying negligence. Experience dealing with general property dispute work is required for this role.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Property Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive:

• Overseeing a varied caseload including matters mentioned above
• Providing consultation through expert legal advice on ranging claims
• Attending court hearings and briefing council with assistance
• Allocating administrative tasks to support professionals
