Job Details
As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team where you will be carrying out a range of Legal Assistant duties on a day to day basis. At least 12 months experience in a similar role is essential.
Your main duties will include:
• Managing tasks for fee earners
• Taking new enquiries from prospective clients
• Diary management
• Management of electronic documents
• Handling phone calls and emails.
About you:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong time management skills
• Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
• Excellent Microsoft office skills.
