Senior Employment Lawyer A leading law firm with offices in Cardiff have a new requirement for a very experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to work on and supervise case work relating to unfair dismissal, TUPE and discrimination claims. You will also take responsibility for best practice in marketing, client care and ensuring case management standards are implemented and upheld throughout the team. The firm encourage all of their lawyers to be strong advocates and to actively engage in marketing and business development opportunities and events. As a Senior Employment Lawyer you will work towards achieving the required operational and financial performance, contributing to the success of the office as a whole whilst you actively drive, develop and supervise a team. Requirements Admitted as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant post qualification experience and will be operating as a Court Grade A. You will possess strong supervisory skills with excellent client care and interpersonal skills, coupled with an enthusiasm to train and share experiences. Salary £66000 + exceptional pension, 30 days holiday, private healthcare
