Job Details
Our client is leading law firm with offices based in the South West, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London.
The firm’s Property team is highly regarded for undertaking a wide range of property work.
Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join the Oxford office.
The work includes dealing with a full range of Conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion with a supportive team of Conveyancing assistants working alongside you.
Your duties will include managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files under supervision. You will be dealing effectively with cases and transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, re-financing and re-mortgaging, affordable housing and transfers of equity.
As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for working with a network of existing clients demonstrating expertise and exceptional standards of service.
