A litigation solicitor role has arisen in Bromsgrove at a fantastic legal 500 firm with a high staff retention rate. This is a permanent position, and full or part-time applicants will be considered. 

This firm ranks high on the employee satisfaction scale. They can offer some degree of hybrid working and a really supportive and friendly working environment along with great quality work. One thing to note is that this firm does not whip people for fees and offers very soft targets equating to 2/3 times salary. 

The litigation team itself is comprised of two senior litigation solicitors and a shared secretary. This role has arisen due to the departure of the current litigation solicitor – however, it is lovely to note that the current incumbent would be happy to have a confidential chat to run through the role in more detail. They can offer the opportunity to enter as head of department or alternatively the scope to move into this role within a short period of time. 

You will be given exposure to a diverse caseload of litigation matters. This includes employment, general civil and some commercial matters (there is no personal injury). You would be expected to slot in and hit the ground running, though there will be another senior litigator to support where necessary. 

To be considered for this litigation role, you will have at least three years’ plus experience with the desire to move into more of a head of department role instantly or within the next 12 months.
