OVERVIEW:
This highly successful commercial team is keen to recruit a professional Commercial Lawyer to be based in their Cambridge office. The ideal Commercial Lawyer will have at least 3 years PQE in this specialised field and looking to further develop their career within a highly regarded firm. The successful Commercial Solicitor will join a team who provides extensive legal advice and support to their life sciences businesses and other clients within the commercial sector. For the appointed Commercial Solicitor, the role will be varied and cover all aspects of commercial, IP and IT matters including IP licensing, commercial contracts, IP Protection, data protection and clinical trial agreements relating to life sciences industry.

The Commercial Lawyer (Life Sciences) will be confident in providing the full range of legal, commercial, and regulatory advice and will possess an in-depth knowledge of life sciences and intellectual property.
