£45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
A well-regarded firm have a requirement for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team for their office based in Ormskirk
This role will involve managing your own caseload of all aspects of commercial property including a full spectrum of good quality complex commercial real estate work. You will have experience managing your own caseload, preferably from a small to mid-size firm, and be able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
Professional must-haves:
- Qualified for upwards of 4 years within commercial property
- Experienced in acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, portfolio management work, and development matters
- A good technical background & commercial awareness
- Energetic and natural enthusiasm to bring to the team
