Are you available immediately and looking for an exciting role as a Contracts Manager? I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a well-regarded university in London.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the drafting, co-ordinating, reviewing and negotiating research and research related agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for various different contract types, such as research funding agreements, clinical trial agreements, collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements and material transfer agreements.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • The drafting, co-ordinating, reviewing and negotiating research and research related contracts
  • Handling commercial contracts and matters
  • Supporting the Enterprise & Innovation contracts
  • Developing contracts policies and procedures and maintain an understanding of relevant issues

The ideal candidate would preferably have experience of clinical trials requirements, insofar as they relate to contracts, and will ideally have experience of working in a University.

As this is potentially a short term contract to cover sick leave, the position will suit someone who is available immediately and able to work for 1 month or more. The University is based in London but the role is 100% home working, so the successful candidate does not need to be London based.
