The role and Property Litigation practice:

Opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor 2-5 years PQE to join an outstanding dispute resolution team based in Oxford.

· You will take on a caseload real estate disputes, acting for both residential and large commercial clients across the UK

· The work will include service charge matters, breaches of covenants in long residential leases including forfeiture, leasehold enfranchisement, statutory and voluntary lease extensions, right to manage matters

· Exposure to or interest in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims or property related professional negligence is very desirable

The ideal candidate:

• Property Litigation Solicitor 2-5 years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
