Panoramic Associates have been instructed by an insurance claims solutions provider in the Kent area to recruit an experienced Litigator to join their in-house legal team. You will be responsible for handling the conduct of litigation of claims arising under Motor and Household policies, liaising with insurers, their policyholders, third parties and suppliers.

Our client specialises in household and motor insurance claims with a focus on customer service. They are an extremely dynamic and market leading company, enjoying significant growth on the back of strong relationships with insurer clients, their policyholders and key suppliers, and the effective use of technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident paralegal, law (LLB) graduate, Legal Executive (ILEX) or Solicitor to manage their own case load of litigation claims for damage to motor vehicles, homes, and contents.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (ILEX), Law Graduate (LLB) or paralegal
• Previous litigation experience, preferably within the insurance sector
• Understanding of Court Procedure Rules and litigation management

They are ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis however, part-time applicants will also be considered. 

The organisation offers a hybrid working basis with homeworking available.
