Interim Chief Solicitor- Head of Development & Property

A highly regarded and forward-thinking local authority based in London, is seeking an Interim Chief Lawyer-Head of Development & Property. The initial contract is for three months. This is a part- time role 3 days per week.

You will need to have experience in the following areas:

• Advising on regeneration, major development projects
• Governance issues relating to local authorities
• Complex commercial property matters

You will be required to attend the odd day in the office. Hybrid working is available.

Candidates will ideally possess local government experience and be available on short notice.

The rate on offer for the role is between £50-65 per hour. Candidates will ideally be available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
