Due to continued growth, we have an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a 4+ years’ PQE Lawyer (Qualified solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx) with a background in Company Commercial Law. This role could be based at either our Poole or Dorchester office, with some element of hybrid working, which will give the opportunity to work remotely on 1-2 days per week and be office based 3-4 days per week. We are seeking candidates with expertise in at least two of the following areas of commercial law:
- Company and business sales and purchases
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Private equity / investment documentation process and procedure
- Corporate restructuring
- Employment law and employee incentive schemes
- Commercial property law
- Experience of charity and education sectors
- Miscellaneous corporate / commercial legal work
