Conveyancing Fee Earner - Sutton Coldfield

My client is a modern high street practice with a primary focus on residential conveyancing work. As they continue to grow, and due to new client wins and work demands, they are looking to recruit a conveyancing fee earner who can manage a caseload of sales, purchase, and remortgage matters at their Sutton Coldfield branch office.

The role on offer would be:
  • work as part of a friendly team at their Sutton Coldfield office
  • independently managing a caseload of traditional residential conveyancing matters
  • working alongside experienced fee earners who can provide support and supervision and a general team culture; however. the role would necessitate that you would be comfortable managing most aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • support is available in terms of new business quotes, opening files and post-completion work. 
You will ideally have around 3 years’ previous experience working in the conveyancing sector as a fee earner and strong IT skills. Your qualification is not essential to the role if you can demonstrate the capabilities outlined above. The work is good quality conveyancing, and the firm puts an emphasis on its staff providing excellent client care, responsiveness and managing multiple transactions at any given time in an organised manner.
