Job Details
My highly regarded legal 100 law firm in Exeter is growing its real estate teams and looking for talented lawyers like you!
They have several different real estate roles, each with a slightly different focus but all working in a very collaborative manner across major national and international projects. You will advise clients in both the private and public sector.
The roles include advising on:
- Investment acquisitions, disposal, and asset management work
- Private residential and commercial development
- Local authority and registered provider housing development
- Regeneration and joint venture projects
- Strategic land transactions
As a valued member of the team, you will work with and learn from some of the most knowledgeable partners in the business.
Get in touch if you have at least 4 years’ PQE within any commercial property specialism and want to join a super friendly team.
Flexible working to include two or three days per week working from home.
