Job Details
We are acting for a large organisation who are looking to appoint an in house litigation solicitor and manager. You will be a qualified commercial litigation solicitor with a plethora of experience in heavy weight commercial litigation.
You will be responsible for the management of contentious matters, including pre-issue and litigated commercial, tax, competition and intellectual property disputes. In addition you will lead and manage two other litigation lawyers and be responsible for their performance and output.As a manager you will also contribute to the wider business by supporting the business' litigation strategy and provide key strategic advice on contentious workstreams and litigation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage risk and assist with compliance and strategy as well as managing any external counsel.Competitive salary plus car allowance, bonus and some permanent home working.Company
