Job Details
This is a very exciting time to join this Lexcel accredited firm during a period of growth and expansion as they are renowned for the strong relationships they have built over the years with their client base. As Head of Department, you will be advising on the full spectrum of private family law so you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills along with the ambition and desire to lead and develop a team.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Divorce/separation
- Civil partnerships
- Finance, property and pensions
- Private Children
- Pre-marital and co-habitation agreements and disputes
- Domestic violence
It is hoped that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role or will be looking to take the next step in their career to include management of a team. This role comes with considerable autonomy and you inherit an existing caseload and a small team upon which to develop the department further.
