We are looking for a conveyancing solicitor with 2-4 years solid conveyancing experience at all levels including residential and commercial. This position is an exciting opportunity to work on your own conveyancing files from start to finish and also assist senior fee-earners with a varied workload in all fields of conveyancing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- All levels of conveyancing, including residential, commercial, purchases, sales, leases, licences, re-mortgages, plot sales and related work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients and third parties.
- Managing own caseload and assisting senior fee earners on all aspects of conveyancing.
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant law an advantage but not a necessity.
We are a small friendly firm in Hackney with good public transport links and specialising almost exclusively in real estate.
£55,000.00-£65,000.00
