Commercial Property Solicitor

This established and reputed firm is very busy in its commercial property team and now seeks an experienced and accomplished commercial property solicitor or legal executive, ideally with at least 3 or 4 years' experience.

In this exciting role, you will join an existing and experienced team and advise on a broad caseload, to include acquisitions and disposals, lease work and development work.

This small traditional practice advises local business owners with all their real estate needs, but also larger clients across the country, including in London.

You will enjoy the family feel of this small practice but will have the opportunity to work autonomously if preferred and be capable of making your own decisions, although help and support will be provided when necessary.

Based in beautiful Wadebridge, you will enjoy all that Cornwall and the South West can offer.

Candidates considering relocating will be considered, as will local solicitors or legal executives looking for a new challenge.

Excellent salary, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position and there may be flexibility for a mixture of office and work from home options if required.

Competitive Salary up to £50k + matched pension contributions and performance related bonus.
