Sacco Mann are working alongside a national law firm who are seeking a Real Estate Legal Executive to join their Liverpool office
My client are looking for a 2-6yr PQE Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join their Real Estate team in Liverpool. Candidates with skills in dealing with Landlord and Tenant and property management cases to assist a range of clients including those in retail and leisure sector are encouraged to apply.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases
- Provide support to other members of the team
- Draft and prepare various real estate documents
- Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be required
The successful Real Estate Legla Executive will have experience of development and regeneration work, strong technical knowledge and excellent team work skills.
