This leading national law firm is looking for a clinical negligence solicitor to join its team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will join the well-established and friendly Clinical Law Claims Division in Birmingham. The teamwork with a wide range of health care matters and provide advice on covering inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.
You will have an interest in the healthcare sector, wishing to develop your skills in this area and add value to the wider team. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience gained with a leading medical negligence (defendant or claimant) personal injury or insurance practice. Applicants will be considered from newly qualified level upwards, however, the firm is less focused on years of experience and more focused on finding the right person as they see this as a long-term career opportunity. More senior lawyers will also be considered for this position and career development plans will be tailored to the individual and their personal goals.
