Job Details
An opportunity has arisen to join a successful private practice based in a large market town. Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their department and this will see you take ownership of your own full caseload. You should be capable of handling a busy workload with little supervision and be able to drive the department forward through networking and business development.
This opportunity will see you joining a friendly and reputable firm who are Lexcel accredited and they have built an excellent reputation for themselves over many years by delivering high quality legal advice with a fantastic history of first-class client care.
You will be handling your own full caseload of general private client matters to include, but may not be limited to:
- Wills
- Probate & complex probates
- Trusts
- Tax planning
- Lasting powers of attorney
