Job Details
Due to this law firm's continued success they are seeking a conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team where you will receive ongoing recognition for your hand work. The department have an excellent reputation with a very impressive client base. They are seeking a 1-3 PQE Conveyancer who is experienced in handling their own caseload under supervision and the right candidate will cover all aspects of residential property, to include:
- Sales & Purchases
- Re-Mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Buy to Let
- Shared Ownership
- New Build
This role involves a wide ranging caseload of good quality residential work which you will be encouraged to develop further and this is a superb opportunity to be part of long-term succession planning with a view of partnership.
The offices are easily commutable from across London, Essex and Hertfordshire with plenty of parking nearby with easy commuter links, and this traditional firm boasts good staff retention and continue to grow across all sectors.
