TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4+ post qualification experience to join a well-established firm in Cwmbran.
This role will make a significant contribution to the overall work of the Commercial Property department and will involve handling a wide range of Commercial Property transactions such as lease negotiations and renewals, development agreements, financing as well as acquisition and disposal.
The successful candidate will move to take on responsibility for managing key relationships, maintaining the high levels of services offered by the firm and overseeing other members of the team.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- An ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team and independently
