Well established West Midlands firm has a vacancy for a Residential Conveyancer. Joining one of their offices just outside the city centre you will run a full residential property caseload in a busy department.

The team have a fantastic reputation and is one of the largest teams in the West Midlands and Black Country. The role will involve handling your own conveyancing caseload to include sales/purchases of freehold and leasehold property.

To be considered, you must be able to run your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
