Job Details
Long established firm in the North East are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to join them immediately. Covering maternity leave this role is for a minimum of 3 months with the prospect of a 12 month role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload of general residential conveyancing matters including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
You will join a lovely, friendly team with full secretarial support and case management.
