The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this Top 100 Legal 500 law firm's London Corporate department as an Associate.

• The team is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor to join at the Associate level. They are looking for candidates between NQ-5 years PQE - this is only a guideline.
• This role has excellent prospects for career growth and progression due to the firm's forward-thinking approach.

The Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Partners and Associates in the team concerning all aspects of corporate work
• Collating and assessing documentary evidence
• Drafting emails, letters, notes of advice, court documents and statements
• Assisting with preparing for and attending hearings (be that remote, in-person or hybrid), including preparing draft documents and hearing bundles
• Dealing with clients and updating them on matters where required.
• You will be given a high degree of client contact and will be expected to take the lead on smaller matters as the primary contact.
• Building client relationships and getting involved in business development.

Requirements

• 0-5 PQE, Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
• Strong academics with evidence of good quality training and experience at a reputable firm
