My client, a National law firm with offices across the UK, are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 years plus PQE to deal with a range of complex and high-profile commercial disputes.

Due to rapid growth and continued success, we’re looking for a solicitor to join our award-winning litigation team, handling a range of complex and high-profile commercial disputes.

The team's varied workload covers all types of commercial litigation, with particular specialisms in contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, construction litigation, defamation and reputation management.

You will have 3 years minimum PQE from a leading regional or national firm and have a great background in commercial litigation.
