The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their modern, and growing Leeds City centre office.

The department has earned its stripes and if recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading Dispute Resolution team in the Yorkshire region.

You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors, the sheer level of variety will make for an interesting caseload.

You will work on a range of commercial litigation matters including property litigation, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract litigation, professional negligence and product liability.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda, giving you a high level of exposure to complex matters and putting you years ahead of your PQE.

Requirements

• You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 3 years + PQE
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will have good commercial experience
• You will have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair

Remuneration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
