TSR Legal are working on behalf of a leading Swansea firm in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the property team and oversee their commercial property offering. This full-time position will be based in their Swansea office. This opportunity will suit a candidate with at least 7 years’ PQE seeking a new challenge to work within an outstanding law firm.

They have an established client base and are looking for a new senior solicitor to take on an existing caseload and to grow and expand the department in the future. Relevant experience in commercial property transactions is essential including leasehold and preferably property development matters.

The successful candidate will be pro-active and have the ability to work both on their own and in a team, handle pressure, be highly organised, highly articulate and have the knowledge and experience of commercial property matters including freehold sale/purchase, leasehold transactions and associated matters.

Must see themselves with a long-term future in a growing team that is professionally dedicated with excellent inter-team dynamics.
