The Role

The firm are looking for a Real Estate Development Senior Associate to join their office in the heart of Manchester.

You will join a well-established team that hosts one of the largest RED teams in the North West. The department have also been recognised in the Legal 500 and won a number of awards for their work.

You will work on complex development projects including development agreements, forward funding arrangements, regeneration frameworks, commercial development. The department work in some f the highest-profile projects in the North and further afield, giving you an outstanding level of exposure.

You will mentor and oversee the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Development Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will have strong business development capabilities
