Commercial Litigation Senior Solicitor

A dynamic commercial law firm in St Helens is looking to take on a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. 

 As part of the firm’s specialist commercial litigation team, the role will involve commercial disputes and resolution, some contract drafting, commercial litigation, financial mis-selling, group actions, landlord & tenant. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work flexibly as part of a friendly and close-knit team at a specialist commercial law firm. There is an opportunity of directorship in the short-term for the right lawyer.

• You will have your own fast-track caseload but will also assist senior colleagues with more complex, multi-track matters 
• Commutable from St Helens, Liverpool, Southport, Warrington, The Wirral and Wigan

The ideal candidate 

• A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE 
• Experience in financial mis-selling and/or group litigation would be an advantage (but not essential) 
• Client following not required as there is plenty of work to feed from day 1, but would be a bonus. 
• Will have very good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues 
• A hard-working team player focused on getting the very best result for their clients 
• Will be well-organised and able to work flexibly and proactively
