Property Litigation Solicitor / Executive | Legal 100

Are you a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor / Executive looking to join a leading national law firm? 

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a national legal practice who now have an opportunity for a Property Litigation Executive / Solicitor 2 + PQE to manage a busy caseload of excellent quality property litigation files. The role will see you sit within the firms dispute resolution team and will focus on predominantly commercial banking recoveries claims for a major banking client (including money judgment and possession claims) and a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes.

You will be acting for individuals, businesses and financial institutions. The clients that you will be acting for are both privately paying, and LEI funded. The role includes assisting the team leader of the Landlord and Tenant team and may involve supervisory responsibilities. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.

This role has the option of being part office working and part remote working.

Skills/Competencies and Experience required:

• Intellectual curiosity, commerciality and practicality
• Proven experience in dealing with landlord and tenant disputes and banking litigation at solicitor level
• Supervisory experience is essential
• Ability to deal flexibly with a wide range of work types, work sources and clients
• Confidence to take responsibility for cases, relationships and strategy
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working with a case management system

Education required:

Candidates will need to be a fully qualified solicitor, or FCILEx or with equivalent experience.
