Exclusive Role we are retained to work with his leading Legal 500 law firm is looking for HR manager to join the firm. This firm is experiencing a period of strong growth with considerable recruitment planned for the coming 12 to 18 months. They are, for the first time ever, recruiting for an HR Manager to join their 100 strong but rapidly growing team who deal with clients from a vast array of industries (Finance, Insurance, Legal, Pharma, Retail, Charities and Public Sector). 

It a varied generalist role, whereby the HR Manager will need to develop an HR function suitable to support a business currently employing 100 people.  As well as assisting with this ongoing process, the HR Manager will be required to advise on further improvements, as part of the firms structural and organizational change.

You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner and you will have responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy including attraction and retention of employees, performance management processes, compensation and benefits, HR procedures and policy, onboarding, organizational change, talent management and employee engagement.
