Job Details
A leading housing association are seeking a driven solicitor to join their in-house team.
My client provides quality, social housing across the country working closely with local communities to ensure success.
Their legal team are looking for a dedicated housing litigation solicitor to join them, acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants on matters including disrepair, possession, termination of tenancies and anti-social behavior cases. The successful solicitor will provide non-contentious advice to different aspects of the business and landlords whilst also representing the company at court.
There is a generous hybrid working policy on offer and the office is easily commutable from Liverpool, Speke and Warrington. The successful candidate will also gain an enviable remuneration package and long-term position in which they can really establish themselves within a successful business.
