This Established Central London law firm is currently looking to recruit a corporate Solicitor with varied corporate law experience and who can work largely unsupervised.
This commercial law firm’s practice areas include:
- Corporate (including advising on mergers and acquisition, capital markets, corporate finance and structured debt);
