One of Greater Manchester’s most reputable law firms are recruiting for a Grade A Court of Protection Solicitor to join them. 

In this role, you will handle your own caseload and will be the go-to person for junior members of the team. You'll also have the freedom to do your own business development and will be involved in strategy discussions relating to the growth of the department. 

They also offer a great deal of flexibility; you'll be able to work from home for much of the week, will be able to adapt your hours around your schedule and have a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate   

• A Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years’ PQE   
• Will have an empathetic, personable, calm and caring nature    
• Will enjoy networking and business development - you may have your own following of contacts, although this isn't essential 
• Will have experience of overseeing the work of junior colleagues 
• Excellent client care and communication skills
