Personal Injury Paralegal This is an outstanding opportunity for a Paralegal with a good understanding of CPR and pre-action protocols to join a national, award winning law firm, in their Bristol office as a Personal Injury Paralegal. Working as part of their Accidents team, supporting Solicitors in handling cases, preparing for hearings and meetings. You will be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships and will be keen to engage in marketing and business development opportunities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress to working on more complex accidents cases. As a Paralegal you will have experience or a good the oretical understanding of legal issues with an understanding of and some experience of how a case is run from beginning to end. You should have an understanding of accidents and be able to assist in evaluating cases and identifying issues from the medical records, to instructing experts. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, hardworking, and able to prioritise and have a keen eye for detail. The work may include interviewing clients, arranging funding, liability investigations, reviewing medical records, undertaking legal research, attending court and attending on clients, witnesses, experts and Counsel. Salary £24,500 to £29,000
