Locum Family Solicitor

Our client, a high street law firm in Somerset are looking to recruit a Locum Family Lawyer to provide recruitment gap cover for 3-6 months.

As a locum Family Solicitor / Legal Executive you will manage your own caseload of Private Family work including Divorce & Finance matters, dissolution of Civil Partnerships and separation, property disputes, Co-habitation agreements, Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and Change of Name Deeds.

You will be taking over an existing and busy caseload and must be able to handle this on a largely stand-alone basis. However, you will be working as part of an established team reporting to a Head of Department.

Full Time hours are preferred although consideration will be given to those seeking a part-time role.

This is an office based role paying a competitive hourly rate and is Outside IR35.
