Sellick Partnership is pleased to be assisting with the recruitment for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join an Alternative Business Structure based in Kent on a permanent basis.
Our client specialises in undertaking work for Local Authority clients and they are seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their established and friendly Community Care team. This position can be undertaken on a fully remote basis.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be responsible for handling a wide range of adult social care matters, with a particular focus on Court of Protection welfare and deprivation of liberty applications.
Day to day responsibilities may include;
- Acting in Court of Protection proceedings, including making applications, filing evidence and preparing for hearings
- Providing advice to local authority clients on various aspects of adult social care law
- Building strong and positive relationships with clients
- Time recording accurately and manging time efficiently
