Salary - £60 - £75k

Our client is a Top 40 law firm with a base in Exeter and are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their highly ranked Commercial team.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity as you will be joining an established national team, but be the first and only (at present) Commercial and IP specialist in the team in Exeter,
You will enjoy a varied diet of high quality work advising clients on a variety and diverse range of corporate and commercial legal services. Clients include but not limited to SME'S and larger corporates, family businesses and public sector clients.

You can expect to advise on a range of commercial agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, outsourcing agreements, general day-to-day commercial queries from a varied client base.
The successful candidate should have 3-8 PQE in advising on a broad variety of corporate commercial matters.
