Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A commercial litigation solicitor is required to join a commercial litigation team in a Salisbury law firm.
An established private practice advising on all aspects of law throughout the southern region with an excellent client base providing good quality work. Clients include SME's, regional and national businesses and organisations.
The Role
The commercial litigation solicitor will be responsible for a variety of cases, under supervision, whilst supporting more experienced solicitors on disputes including partnerships, commercial and contract agreements, data protection, defamation and professional negligence.
The successful solicitor will have had training in commercial/civil litigation and already be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
